As all of Red's Real Fitness' current clients already know.... Watson died unexpectedly at the end of June. We will all remember him, for his great personality and his remarkable feats of doggie weight loss and fitness.
Watson... you were one of a kind. We can all learn something from you... Always happy, always ready to take a little warm up walk. You will be missed more than words can possibly say.

Watson's Waggin Workout...
Red's Real Fitness will be having a fundraiser to benefit the Front Street Dog Shelter were our little buddy came from. This will be a Dog-Friendly Boot Camp Class. Time and place TBA.
