| Erin Hundley |

Erin Hundley, Head Trainer, has been an ACSM certified Health and Fitness Specialist since 2008 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Western Washington University. Erin is also a certified Pilates Mat I and Better Bones and Balance Instructor. Her interest in balance and improved functionality stems from her background working with older adults. As a runner and soccer coach, Erin loves helping people have fun and surprise themselves by what they can do at any age.

| Lisa Hanafin |

Lisa Hanafin, Spin Instructor, is a recently certified instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics as of 2010! Lisa had been working out with RRF for four years and was inspired to step outside of her comfort zone and get certified as a spin instructor! Now she wants to inspire others! Lisa loves taking her spin groups on musical journeys and providing them with a great workout on the way. She also loves skiing, hiking, yoga and most of all spending time with her family. Lisa's motto: "Let's close our eyes, listen to the music and spin!"

| Carol Potts |

Carol Potts, Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor, has been a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002. Her specialties include deep tissue medical massage, cranio sacral therapy, somato emotional release and neural mechanical therapy (ETPS). Carol is also a yoga instructor, registered by the Yoga Alliance (RYT) in 2008 during a month-long program at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. Carol’s teaching style includes guided internal scanning and anatomy awareness training. She also combines massage and yoga to bring clients to increased pain-free mobility. Always a student, Carol is currently a certification candidate as an ACE Personal Fitness Trainer!

Ken Howell, Trainer, has been an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer since November 2001. During that time Ken has also had additional training in weight management, obesity, heart disease, shoulder problems, running, strength training, and supplementation. Ken enjoys working with people and helping them reach their goals in weight control, sports enhancement and physical fitness. Ken's belief is that fitness is the root of longevity and healthy living!

| Chris Waters |

Chris Waters, Spin Instructor, has been a Certified Instructor since October 2010 through Mad Dogg Athletics. After losing over 125 lbs in one year, Chris decided to become a spin instructor for RRF. He truly enjoys inspiring others to become fit and healthy. Chris enjoys all kinds of fitness activities including running. His ultimate goal is to become a certified personal trainer so he too can help others change their lives just like he did!

| Kathy Grausgruber |

Kathy Grausgruber, LEL Director, has been an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor since March 2010. Kathy is also a certified Silver Sneakers Instructor and enjoys working with the elderly. Kathy loves all kinds of physical fitness activities including walking, mountain biking and pilates. She holds a BFA from Marywood University, runs a personal art business and is also a musician!

Sissy Marie Orcott, Group Fitness Instructor, holds a certification in Group Fitness, Zumba and Spin. She's newly 50, feeling the best she's ever felt, and wants to pass this great feeling on to others! Sissy loves teaching the younger generation too. Her teaching specialty lies in boot camp because she loves coming up with different ideas. Sissy says that becoming a fitness instructor was one of the greatest decisions she has ever made! It is her passion and she is having so much fun doing it!
