The best way to stay motivated, get a safe and effective workout from a Certified Personal Trainer, and have fun while getting fit. 
Small Group Training pairs cardio and circuit training for a great full-bodied workout!

Join a pre-existing group or form your own. We create dynamic workouts to adhere to your fitness goals and schedule. 


Beginner Small Group:

~Lower the impact, not the effectiveness.
~Perfect for those looking to introduce themselves to all the benefits of circuit training!
~There are no current Beginner groups, so get a group of friends together and start one today!
      ...There is no time like the present to start on the road to fitness.
